The "wow me now" plan allows us to change your landscape design thoroughly during the duration we are at your property. The "Let's do this in steps" plan allows you to choose the complete design and we schedule it over the course of a specific time frame.
Outdoor kitchens are no longer just popular, they have become a necessity. The design plans could include something basic like an outdoor kitchen/grill area with a bar top to eat. Outdoor kitchen plans can also include the grill area, bar top, patio, fireplace, nightscaping and knee wall for eating and resting. There is also the consideration of media in your new outdoor plan. Both of these ideas would become an extra "room" by your house, increasing your living space.
Outdoor fireplaces, or fire pits, can be used as a focal spot in your landscape or tucked away in a secluded spot. Water features will also dramatical change the way you feel about your property. Water features rely on your 2 major senses--hearing and sight. Landscape lighting and night scaping has taken on a whole new way we look at our homes in the evening. Lighting is used to highlight your favorite ornamental trees, paver walkways, pools, and patio areas. This type of lighting can be put on a timer so it will never be hassle. This aspect of landscaping design is extremely important. Without proper lighting, your design can only be utilized at certain times and will not highlight the grand scheme of your landscape.
Proper landscape design around a pool or other key feature in your yard will dramatically change your overall perception of the space. Designing a stone or paver surround encompassing your pool will make that aspect look much more dramatic. With the addition of trees and perennial plantings, your landscape can take on that finished look.
