My father started this company for extra meney when myself and my two brothers were 9 and 12.  Every day after he was done work, we cut grass until dark.  We had state of the art equipment which included 1 lawn mower which usually started, hand clippers, a manual edger and 2 corn brooms.  Our first customer was Mrs. Long at 1202 Maryland Avenue in Cape May.  We loved her because she normally invited us into the house for cookies and soda while Dad did all of the work.  We eventually picked up several other lawns in the neighborhood, then a few on Beach Drive and the rest is history.  My twin brother Rick does all of the lawn work now, but we still do business by the same principal that Dad instilled in all of as kids.   His simple motto was "If your not going to do it right, don't bother".
